Getting started

1. How do I set up an account with Resulticks?

The home page of the Resulticks website offers a Login/Sign-up option for existing and new users. You can enter your email address and click Submit. A Resulticks administrator will send an activation link to your email address to help you complete the account setup.

2. What are the basic system browser requirements for running Resulticks?

You must have an internet connection and any one of the following browsers:

  • Firefox version 20 and above
  • Chrome version 24 and above
  • Safari version 5 and above
3. Is access to Resulticks limited geographically?

Resulticks can be accessed and operated from any part of the world. The only requirement is an internet connection.

4. Is Resulticks available only in English?

Resulticks is currently available in English only. French, German, and Spanish releases will be available soon.

5. Can I host the Resulticks platform on a local system?

Resulticks is cloud based and cannot be locally hosted from a local system.
