Resulticks provides prompt, expert answers and solutions to technical and operational issues, helping to resolve them as quickly and completely in the shortest time possible.

Customer Assist is available from 9AM to 6PM, six days of the week, across regions.

To enter the support portal. Click the “Support” icon on the bottom right corner of the platform screen. Click on the “CA Portal” icon to raise a new issue or check on the status of existing tickets.

To contact customer assist, submit a ticket using the ticketing tool. You can also discuss your issues with our CA executives in the chat.

Please note that the support portal and ticketing tool are available only to Resulticks account users.

When in the CA portal, click on the “Chat” icon to talk to one of our online CA executives.
