Collaborate with the Business Director to develop and effectively execute a robust and aggressive business plan for the defined region(s) to achieve company sales goals and profitability.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the Business Director to develop and effectively execute a robust and aggressive business plan for the defined region(s) to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prioritize and map out key account prospects from a mix of own sources (roller decks), marketing led demand generation and partner aided leads to develop a strong pipeline.
  • Work effectively with internal linkages such as Inside Sales, Marketing, Solutions Consulting and
  • Partnership teams and external associates (partners) to ensure a healthy lead at the top funnel.
  • Drive concerted and disciplined engagement through an appropriate mix of communication channels and relevant content to stay meaningfully engaged with identified / qualified prospects across roles and levels of target prospects to build a favorable predisposition to Resulticks to move leads to opportunity/closure stage.
  • Maintain an updated CRM for business intelligence team to track progress of lead management process and for self to provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM.
  • Familiarize with the product to be able to make demos independently to prospect clients and to be able to construct robust proposals thereof.
  • Keep abreast of competition and related industry aspects in the relevant region to stay abreast.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent story telling ability to interact and engage persuasively with internal and external linkages / stakeholders, especially with target prospects.
  • Reasonably good understanding of challenges faced by digital centric organizations, specifically to do with digital-led customer engagement and acquisitions inclusive of customer data management, omni channel communication and analytics.
  • Good familiarity with narratives of the digital marketing world with the ability to substantiate / justify a point of view and /or convincingly counter basis category knowledge.
  • 7 - 9+ years of enterprise software sales experience. Minimum of 3+ years of experience selling SAAS, PAAS, CRM .
  • Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory Domain. CRM, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Warehousing, Predictive Modelling or similar background/experience. Complex sales to Business Units or CIO or CMO offices.
  • Sales Cycle Expert. You have expertise at the transactional & enterprise Level. You lead prospects and customers as opposed to reacting to customer requests. You know how to “drive a deal”. You can collaborate and nurture a regional partner landscape.
  • Digital Agency Background is preferable.
  • BFSI + Retail + Conglomerates Selling experience is desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to the market, hunter attitude with eyes firmly on value sales and business closures.
  • Excellent Communication. You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.
  • Missionary. Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in Resulticks mission.
  • Able to multi-task, organize and be results oriented.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and be detail oriented.
  • Experienced in MS Office including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word.
