This Privacy Policy applies to https://www.resulticks.com & https://run.resulticks.com (collectively referred to as “Websites”) managed and operated by Resulticks Solution Inc (collectively, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Resulticks”). This Privacy Policy describes how Resulticks collects, uses, shares and secures the personal information you provide. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal information. The use of information collected through https://run.resulticks.com shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client1 has engaged Resulticks2 and that collected on https://www.resulticks.com shall be solely for Resulticks’ own marketing, lead generation and nurturing purposes in accordance with the applicable law.

EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework

Resulticks Solution Inc participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We are committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries and the United Kingdom, in reliance on each Data Privacy Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. Resulticks Solution Inc is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under each Data Privacy Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Resulticks Solution Inc complies with the Data Privacy Framework Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and the United Kingdom, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Data Privacy Frameworks, Resulticks Solution Inc is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Data Privacy Framework website, you may be entitled to invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.

What personally identifiable information is collected?

Resulticks is committed to protecting the privacy of the personally identifiable information collected while using our websites. The scope of Resulticks' commitment is detailed in this Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you agree to Resulticks' use of such information as described herein.

The use of this information collected shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Resulticks.

The use of information collected through https://run.resulticks.com shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client1 has engaged Resulticks2 and that collected on https://www.resulticks.com2 shall be solely for Resulticks’ own marketing, lead generation and nurturing purposes in accordance with the applicable law. How will my personal information be used?

Resulticks uses your personal information to fulfil your requests for information, to process your requests regarding our solution, to manage and execute marketing communications campaigns, and to consider any campaign-related inquiries that you may submit. Resulticks may also use personal information in analyzing site user behavior. The email addresses collected allow Resulticks to send email to individuals based on specific requests and purposes. Resulticks uses personal information collected as described below

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Resulticks uses proprietary technologies similar to cookies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base. This technology does not personally identify you; it merely recognizes your device and browser, till you choose to identify yourself, by responding in some manner such as by subscribing to a service or filling out a Web form (such as a “Contact Me” or a “Enquiry” form).

We may share your information with service providers3 who facilitate the delivery of communications from the platform. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary and as per mutually signed agreement between the service provider and Resulticks to provide these services to us.

  • Fulfilling subscription services
  • Providing cloud computing infrastructure

If Resulticks and/or any of its service providers merges with or sells substantially all its assets or a majority of its equity to a third party, information collected by Resulticks or such service providers on their websites may be disclosed to and owned by the merged entity or third party. How can I access, change, and/or delete information?

You may access, rectify, update, and/or delete any personal information that you submitted to the site by accessing your account profile. We will respond to you within a timeframe that is stated upfront during the transaction or within an otherwise reasonable timeframe.

Data retention policies for clients is for a period of 90 days, except in certain circumstances where we may be required by law to retain your personal information or may need to retain your personal information in order to continue providing a service.

You may also unsubscribe from mailing lists or any registrations on the site. To do so, please follow the instructions on the page on which you have provided such information or subscribed or registered.

Security

Resulticks has implemented globally ratified standards of technology and operational security to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction in accordance with the applicable regional and global laws. Only authorized Resulticks personnel are provided access to personal information, and these employees are required to treat this information as confidential. Procedures and processes to adhere to this privacy policy is undertaken as part of regular training exercises for Resulticks personnel and is also shared with affiliates. Notwithstanding these measures undertaken, should there be a breach of these policies, the client shall solely be responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness of all data including personal data introduced by it into the Resulticks platform in accordance with the applicable Law. Resulticks shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access or management of your personal information. Platform Data Collection and Practices

Resulticks collects information under the directive of its Clients and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service or wish to amend your personal information, please contact the Client directly to effect any changes. Requests to manage any customer data for clients are bound in time and scope by the license agreements between the Client and Resulticks.

Upon request Resulticks will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Resulticks’ Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Resulticks will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We may transfer personal information to affiliates that facilitate the delivery of our services. Transfers to these parties are covered by the corresponding service agreements with our Clients.

Consent

By using the site, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information by us in the manner described in this Privacy Policy and elsewhere on the site. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will alert you to any such changes by updating this Privacy Policy. In the event of any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or by means of a notice on this website prior to the change taking effect.
