Our Goal

Our History
  • 2004
    Interakt Digital Group was founded by Redickaa Subrammanian and Dakshen Ram as a full-service communications company offering a range of services across digital marketing, engaged learning, user experience, and technology.
  • 2014
    • Interakt transitioned from a pure-play services provider to a platform company as Resulticks, an omnichannel marketing automation platform on the cloud.
    • Resulticks onboarded its first marquee client.
  • 2015
    • Welcomed five more major brands as its marquee clients.
    • Recognizing the emerging importance of data, Resulticks augmented its big data backbone to position itself as a data-driven marketing automation solution.
  • 2016
    • In addition to major client wins, established regional partnerships with Microsoft.
    • Adding more power to its processing DNA, Resulticks transformed into a real-time conversation marketing cloud.
    • Resulticks refined and formalized its unique hybrid solution deployment approach.
  • 2017
    • Named to the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs for the first time.
    • Resulticks was the first company from Asia to step into the quadrant. It was recognized for its “data management, multitouch attribution, and multichannel campaign orchestration capabilities.”
  • 2018
    • Named to the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs for the second time.
    • Began expansion into the JAPAC region, starting with SEA countries.
    • Established partnership program with resellers, value-added resellers as well as distributor networks.
    • Expanded its relationship with Microsoft to the global level.
  • 2019
    • Opened new offices in the United States, Australia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia in response to identified need and growing demand across regions.
    • Named to the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs for the third time.
  • 2020
    • Placed in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs for the fourth time and the Magic Quadrant for CRM Lead Management for the first time.
    • Recognized by Customer Data Platform Institute.
    • Received the Elevating Customer Experience with AI award from Microsoft.
  • 2022
    • Resulticks enters into partnership with Qualcomm technologies
    • Resulticks certified as 100% RealCDP by CDP Institute.
  • 2023
    • Resulticks announces strategic tie-up with Pathfactory to enhance its B2B offering
