Given its reputation as a hub for technology and innovation as well as its digitally savvy consumer profile in the market, Bengaluru was the first stop for Resulticks’ CMO Roundtable series for India.
Held on the 13th of September, the session was co-hosted by the marketing and strategic advisory Paul Writers and facilitated at the Ritz-Carlton, Bengaluru. The full house at the roundtable saw the gathering of marketing heads and C-level executives from industries as diverse as Fashion, Apparel, Manufacturing, Technology Services, Lifestyle goods and Travel.
The half-day event was anchored around the theme ‘Individualized customer experiences for increasing top-line growth’ and drew animated discussions around industry pain points related to omnichannel marketing, the opportunities in customer-centric strategies as well as the fine balance between automation and intervention that ensures customer satisfaction.
Presenting at the event, Redickaa Subrammanian, CEO, Resulticks noted, “It’s interesting to learn how when it comes to marketing and omnichannel execution, some challenges are quite similar regardless of geography, consumer segments and industries. At the same time, it’s also exciting to see how marketers in the country are leveraging marketing automation and are willing to invest in the latest trends to achieve the best outcomes for their brands.”
The CMO Roundtable series is set to bring more brands together on their omnichannel journey with the next sessions planned at Mumbai and Gurgaon in the last quarter of this year.
