On November 28, Resulticks introduced attendees at the 2018 World Marketing Congress to its vision for the evolution of seamless customer engagement at Taj Lands End in Mumbai.
Resulticks’ talk, titled “AI + Omnichannel: The future of marketing,” tackled the biggest challenges faced by digital marketers today—siloed audience data, identities scattered across multiple touchpoints and systems, and fragmented communications.
Presented by Prashant Sharma, National Sales Director India at Resulticks, the talk identified the capabilities brands need to harness big data and deliver frictionless, individualized interactions in real time. The talk also highlighted how AI & machine learning can uplift brands’ marketing efforts, and featured a live use case using a voice assistant.

This year’s World Marketing Congress saw the gathering of seasoned marketers and brand innovators representing a range of renowned brands, such as Facebook, Google, and Uber. The two-day event, taking place from Nov 27 to 28, focused on the theme of “Futuristic Marketing,” and explored the changing strategies, assumptions, and priorities in the world of marketing.
