Resulticks, a Microsoft Gold-certified partner, was at two strategic Microsoft events this September, held half-a-world apart in the USA and Vietnam.

The Microsoft Digital Transformation Academy in Las Vegas, USA was a three-day program from 12th to 14th September. With the theme of driving transformation forward, it was aimed at fostering connection and collaboration between Microsoft partners worldwide as well as its business teams servicing the US market. The premier event drew more than 6,500 business heads, technologists and Microsoft executives to exchange ideas and insights around the latest technology innovations and solutions.

Resulticks also participated in the Microsoft Business and Technology Festival 2018 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam held on 14th September. This one-day event saw the confluence of some of Vietnam’s most digitally savvy brands from across verticals like BFSI, Retail, and more. Panel discussions and keynote speeches provided attendees with insights into the best digitally driven omnichannel marketing and enabled business practices.

Resulticks conducted several interactive sessions and one-on-one discussions across both these events focusing attention on some of the solution’s latest advancements, its experience from in-market implementations and shared insights on redefining customer engagement journeys for the best outcomes.
