A new Gartner research report titled Innovation Insight for Marketing in Blockchain: Identity and Consent, recommends the “application of blockchain technology to decentralized consent management” and lists Resulticks as a representative provider of this technology.
The paper, focusing on regulatory compliance, secure customer privacy, and personalized customer experiences, points out that increasingly stringent privacy and consent regulations, such as the European Union’s General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR), are “reducing the number of brands that can legally and technically offer customers personalized services.” Indeed, fewer than half of the companies subject to regulation are expected to be in full GDPR compliance by the end of 2018, according to Gartner.
“I think our inclusion in the research reflects Resulticks’ considered approach to privacy and personalization—from a strategic, operational, and architectural point of view. As a processor, we are committed to empowering both consumers and brands, in building an environment of trusted communications.,” said Redickaa Subrammanian, CEO and co-founder of Resulticks, “.”
