As Resulticks’ Chief Technology Officer, he is instrumental in the design of the solution's architecture, implementation approaches to market and application within client business environments.

With over 20 years of proven expertise in B2B and B2C marketing and brand development, Dinesh has spearheaded marketing transformations for leading brands such as Unilever, American Express, and State Bank of India across FMCG, financial services, and more through innovation, data, and technology. He was most recently the Global Chief Marketing Officer at State Bank of India. As Resulticks’ Global CMO, he leads the company’s marketing efforts across its target regions.

With over two decades of experience in analytics, advertising, digital marketing, martech, technology consulting, and business management, Narayanan has proven his expertise in past leadership roles across presales, partnership development, business/customer strategy, key account management, inside sales, and more. As the Associate VP at Matrimony.com, he oversaw end-to-end campaign management, analytics, and strategic partnerships. Prior to Matrimony.com, he worked with Interakt Digital Group for 9 years as Digital Strategist & Director of Customer Development. He now leads global presales efforts for Resulticks.
Vice President - Customer Success & Technology, Americas
Arjen van der Broek is the VP of Customer Success and Technology at Resulticks. He has wide-ranging experience and expertise in product marketing, pre-sales, and strategic road mapping, having overseen multiple solutions and engaging partners, prospects, and customers globally through leadership positions at Unica and IBM. Before Unica, he ran his own company, focused on CRM implementations throughout Europe. An innovator in his own right, he holds several patents, including machine learning applications.
Head - Partner & Channel Sales, Americas
Tim has a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Chemistry from Dakota Wesleyan University and a Certificate in Strategic Marketing from Cornell University. He comes with 20 years of experience in business development, including strategic digital agency partnership sales. Prior to joining Resulticks, Tim was associated with Cordial Inc and Acoustic--formerly known as IBM Watson Marketing.
Director - Human Resources, Americas
Keith has more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and management, employment engagement, and the entire gamut of human resources. He established and developed HR operations for a startup that grew from 22 US employees to a diverse and inclusive staff of 120 employees in 5 countries. He was previously associated with Bytemark, SytleQ, and ADP. As Resulticks’ Manager of Human Resources - US, he is responsible for the company’s HR activities in the US. He is based in NYC.
Head - Product Design
With over 23 years of experience in digital marketing and automation solutions, Farook is a founding member of Interakt and now Resulticks. He has extensive experience in project management, CX design, product experience, and more in the field of enterprise solutions. As Resulticks’ Chief Product Design Officer and one of the key product evangelists, he leads the company’s business analyst and UX teams. He also works with the data team to enhance the platform’s architecture.
Vice President - Partner Alliances & Training
Vandana has spent her 23-year career across varied roles from software development and testing to content development and copywriting as well as sales support and pre-sales. A long-standing leader at Interakt and Resulticks, she has led cross-functional efforts to develop synergies and service the business. Combining a foundational knowledge of Resulticks and her content development skills, she now heads the development of the Resulticks Training Academy while supporting sales efforts globally.

With extensive experience in account, project, and program management, Nagesh has led the specialists and technologists at Resulticks to deliver exceptional platform and user experience for the company’s clients around the world for over 10 years. As Chief Customer Success Officer, he oversees consulting, client solutions, implementation, and program management.
Head - Customer Assist
With 20 years of experience in the technology and software space, Balaji has made major contributions to Resulticks in terms of customer support, implementation, pre-sales as well as project, program, and account management. A member of senior management, he now heads the company’s global customer support team.
Head – Quality & Compliance
Over the course of his time at Resulticks, Irfan has played critical leadership roles in the company’s quality assurance, customer assistance, product, and compliance teams. He has established and streamlined processes key to the company’s evolution to date. As Chief Compliance Officer, he led the compliance, partnership, and product documentation teams, managing security/privacy programs, API technology partnerships, DevOps practices, and more.
Regional Sales Director, JAPAC
As Regional Sales Director, JAPAC at Resulticks, Saurabh Pandit is responsible for executing the company's business development strategy in the region, overseeing the acquisition and management of enterprise accounts across verticals to strengthen brand footprint. He brings to Resulticks more than 20 years of experience in global sales execution, business development, and customer success for multiple sectors such as BFSI and retail at Adobe, IBM, Microsoft, and Oracle.
Director - Strategy & Partner Enablement, JAPAC
With over 15 years of experience in partner/alliance management, resales, as well as integration and solution design, Ritesh brings extensive expertise in enterprise solutions and marketing cloud technology. After leadership positions at IBM, NuVista Technologies, and other organizations, he now leads Resulticks’ presales and partner ecosystem development efforts in Singapore, all while playing a critical role in the company’s expansion in the broader APAC region.

Himanshu has over 19 years of global Sales and Business Development experience in IT Services & Solutions / Software products across multiple sectors like Retail, BFSI & CPG. Has handled close working relationships with leading CIOs, CMOs & CEOs. Worked extensively in the high growth markets of India & Middle East. He has strong passion for driving business – top performer who has consistently outperformed on given business targets. He was previously leading the charge as Country Manager for Sitecore India Pvt. Ltd.

With over 17 years of experience across digital marketing, sales, social media marketing, analytics, content management, strategy and insurance P&L, Anuradha has proven expertise in performance marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition and retention. Prior to joining Resulticks, Anuradha was heading the direct channel, handling both the digital and aggregator business at Royal Sundaram, India's first private general insurance company. She was instrumental in setting up the Digital channel and growing the digital business at Royal Sundaram. She has experience in handling several automation projects, be it developing digital assets, CRM, CMS or marketing automation tools. As Resulticks’ Head of Marketing - India, she handles the global social media initiatives and leads the India marketing team.
