Arjen van der Broek is the VP of Customer Success and Technology at Resulticks. Before joining the company, he spent 13 years at Unica and IBM as Head of Product Management for the Unica Marketing Automation platform. In that role, Arjen was responsible for product marketing, pre-sales, and strategic roadmap, overseeing multiple solutions within the platform portfolio and engaging partners, prospects, and customers across the world. Prior to this role, he was the Head of Professional Services, Central Europe for Unica.
Before Unica, Arjen ran his own company, which focused on technical and nusiness consulting for CRM implementations throughout Europe. He also holds several patents, one of which applies machine learning to detect and utilize content and audience attributes to update messages accordingly.

Daryl Vanderburgh is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Resulticks. He is a career marketer who has been directly involved with Marketing Automation since its emergence nearly 20 years ago. While on the customer side, and when Marketing Automation was still in its infancy, he took on a pioneering Marketing Operations role to oversee the strategy, deployment, and daily administration of the automation system that was implemented at his company.
From there, he moved to the vendor side and spent 7.5 years at Aprimo/Teradata Applications and 4.5 years at Marketo before joining Resulticks earlier this year.
Through this journey, Daryl has experienced the evolution of Marketing Automation technology first- hand. He is particularly excited about the latest advancements and the opportunities they will afford to marketers who choose to embrace them.
Alan has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, working with end-user organizations like FedEx, The Mayo Clinic and Allstate, as well as vendors including Oracle and IBM. He was formerly a Partner at The Real Story Group, Consulting Director at Indian Services firm Wipro, Research Director at 451 and VP for North America at Ovum. He has keynoted events around the world and is the co-author of the Amazon bestseller “Practical Artificial Intelligence - An Enterprise Playbook.”
