As the leader of a global organization with diversity in its very DNA, I would be remiss not to join the social justice conversation happening in North America and all over the world.
When a viral pandemic has brought our global interconnectivity into sharp focus, when the death of George Floyd has bubbled longstanding injustices to the surface, and when protests in the United States have spread like brush fire to Asia, Europe, South America, and worldwide—to remain silent would be tantamount to complicity. The time to confront and eradicate systemic racism is now.
Diversity and Inclusion have always been top of mind as we’ve built our teams in every territory. Today, Resulticks is deepening our commitment to help eradicate the systemic racism that remains embedded within corporate America. Here is our plan of action:
Network with HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) to offer free marketing automation training on the Resulticks platform that will enable college seniors and graduates an opportunity to stay competitive in the marketing landscape Network with HBCUs and engineering colleges to support development and coding opportunities for Black students Provide free interview workshops for Black students and professionals Offer mentorship opportunities to emerging Black marketing professionals. We understand these are small steps toward addressing a huge problem, and we will continue to evaluate other opportunities to do our part in leveling the playing field as fight alongside others to establish true equality within our global community.
