Resulticks Inc. is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Resulticks Inc. complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, Resulticks Inc. is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Resulticks uses your personal information to fulfil your requests for information, to process your requests regarding our solution, to manage and execute marketing communications campaigns, and to consider any campaign-related inquiries that you may submit. Data retention policies for clients is for a period of 90 days, except in certain circumstances where we may be required by law to retain your personal information or may need to retain your personal information in order to continue providing a service.
You may also unsubscribe from mailing lists or any registrations on the site. To do so, please follow the instructions on the page on which you have provided such information or subscribed or registered.
Resulticks collects information under the directive of its Clients and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service or wish to amend your personal information, please contact the Client directly to effect any changes. Requests to manage any customer data for clients are bound in time and scope by the license agreements between the Client and Resulticks.
Upon request Resulticks will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Resulticks’ Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Resulticks will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We may transfer personal information to affiliates that facilitate the delivery of our services. Transfers to these parties are covered by the corresponding service agreements with our Clients.
