Summary of the profile:
Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes.
Job Description:
- Well versed in Selenium, QTP, Load runner.
- Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed.
- Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation; e.g., data- driven testing.
- Use risk-driven techniques to develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites.
- Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases.
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used.
Required Skills:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience in QA field using web-based technology is desired.
- Knowledge of Microsoft .NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET) is required.
- Familiarity with IIS, TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, SQL Server, Security.
- Familiarity and experience with VMWare virtualization environments.
