Summary of the profile:
Responsibility for improving product quality work and manages of test analysts. Assist the Testing environment with the preparation of test plans, and the testing of software in line with company guidelines and standards.
Job Description:
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
- Develop new testing approaches to accommodate tight schedules and resource constraints.
- Manage day-to-day QA tasks as specified by our project launch schedule.
- Manually test our applications on various Operating System and browser platforms.
- Develop and execute test cases.
- Document and resolve testing issues.
- Work with across departments to validate actual test results against expected results.
- Work with key IT team members to tune and optimize web and application server performance.
Required Skills:
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 3-5 years of experience in QA field using web-based technology is desired.
- Strong in SDLC & STLC Process.
- Must have a working knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability are a must.
- Must have great attention to detail.
