Summary of the profile:

Resulticks seeks a Partnership & Alliances Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a knack for building relationships to nurture our agency partnership opportunities. You must have a track record of forging new business partnerships that impact growth, as well as improving existing partner engagement--all within the martech industry. Success in this role requires organization, collaboration, solution selling, and a strong desire to win. Deep ties within the digital agency arena would be invaluable.

What you’ll do here:

  • Qualify new Partners and demonstrate ability to effectively communicate the value of the Resulticks solution to C-level executives as well as technical professionals at various levels.
  • Analyze each partner’s business and develop compelling GTM strategies that are aligned with the partner’s unique business objectives.
  • Work with partners to identify target accounts, generate selling strategies, conduct lead generation activities, identify and nurture opportunities through closure.
  • Facilitate and manage sales enablement and training plans to ensure partners are equipped to position Resulticks platform and compete effectively to meet revenue objectives.
  • Manage, track and report on business plan development, action items, results.
  • CRM management: maintain updated and accurate partner pipeline forecasting.

What you will need to thrive:

  • Any graduation with 15+ years of experience in sales or business development within the enterprise software systems integrations spaces.
  • Experience in Partner Sales, Channel Sales, Alliance Sales, Systems Integrator Sales, or sales for a Management Consulting Firm.
  • Experience in building an efficient partner ecosystem with tracking, registrations, collateral, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience within agency partnership services.
  • Ability to formulate and articulate joint value propositions with partners.
  • Clear communication and executive level presentation skills.
  • Ad agency experience will be an added advantage.
