Summary of the profile:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with experience in B2B Inside Sales. The fundamental role will be to help the sales team with their customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.


The Inside Sales Executive must be comfortable making 30 calls per day, working with the sales, presales and marketing teams, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

What you’ll do here:

  • Support and plan the long-term Inside Sales Process for Resulticks.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Support marketing team with lead generation campaigns
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to qualify as per BANT criteria.
  • Take up initial introduction pitch meetings with prospects.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate presales/sales team member for further development and closure.
  • Manage customer relationship and help with Sales closure.
  • Update and manage prospect/lead data and status in CRM.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects for India and SEA.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.

What you will need to thrive:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • Proven Experience in B2B Inside Sales for SaaS companies – 3 to 6 years.
  • Track record of achieving quota of MQL and SQL generation.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing 30 calls per day including cold calls.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferable.
  • Experience working with data intelligence solutions and sales automation tools is preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Available to start ASAP.
  • Understanding of cloud technology, marketing automation, and martech domain is preferable.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
