What you'll do here:
- Sr. Technical Documentation Specialist for fastest growing Software Product Development company to work on marketing automation platform. If you have that unique and unlimited passion to work in world class enterprise software product team that turn into actionable intelligence, this opportunity is for you.
- Partner with Product development team, Business Experts and Database team, for creating / updating / retiring documents, technical drawings, design files etc., throughout their lifecycle.
- Creating standard documentation sets such as API documentation, Design documents, process documents, user guides, online help and tutorials
- Understand the need for end-user documentation and build manuals from scratch
- Work on visual aids (images, diagrams, charts) whenever needed
- Liaise with other business functions to get timely and relevant inputs that will help in development of the written materials, appropriate for its intended audience
- Assist product team members for creating / updating the actual content of the documents and ensure that Good Documentation Practices (GDP) are followed.
What you will need to thrive:
- Any graduation with 3 to 6 years of experience in Technical Writing.
- Sufficient working knowledge of a DTP / Office Suite / Word Processing Tool. {Preferably, in MSOffice, Robo Help and screen capturing tools}
- Knowledge on the SDLC Documentation process.
- Excellent Product / Domain Knowledge
- Ability to understand the requirements of the project
- Thorough knowledge of the ‘User documentation’ process
- Review skills/estimation
- Complete working knowledge of MS Word (including short-cuts), Adobe Acrobat
